I downloaded a free art program today. If I can figure out how to use it correctly, I might be able to do some computer art... and it has an animated thing, so I might even try my hand at making some animated icons or something. FUN.

In other news... I tried to make some more TNT styled sprites, but I didn't for two reasons.

One: Some of the outfits are hard to replicate on sprites without heavy editing that I usually screw up.
Two: DA really made me mad by moving my two sprites into my scraps section... they were not scraps. Just because I didn't draw it doesn't mean it's not art.

Now I must reveal a *few* details about my big, secret project. It's something I've wanted to do for a while now, and I plan on writing it after the Birthday Gnome Arc is complete; although it is not truly SK&WS, and wouldn't be canonical.

The problem is, I'm beginning to wonder how the best way to do this would be. You see, the big project is a Super Spoof. SK&WS spoofs all the time, but this would be a Super Spoof Tribute to a series that deserves it. While I admit, it's not completely original to spoof THAT series...

Still, I'm conflicted. My ideal way to do it would be to replace all the major characters with a character from SK&WS, who would not be the same character as in SK&WS, but would still be that character AS one of the characters from what I want to spoof.

However, this would mean that some major characters from SK&WS would have smaller roles in this... some wouldn't appear until the second, or even third episode... and I try to avoid leaving anyone out.

Another thing I try to avoid is injuring characters in a irreversible way. Such as having an arm chopped off and lost into orbit, or being swallowed by a giant worm monster. Things I could not avoid if I stayed true to the original story. Along that same note, there would also be a couple of kisses, another thing I try to avoid.

I dunno. It's conflicting. On the one hand, I'm sure everyone would laugh and have fun reading it... and it would be my way of doing a true spoof of the series that inspired so much in the SK&WS. But on the other hand, I don't want to leave the people who these characters are named for feeling left out in the cold because their character doesn't show up for over half the story, or feeling weird because their character just got killed or kissed someone else's character.

I have no clue what to do. These few problems make me wonder if I shouldn't just come up with a different idea. Then again, that fortune cookie I ate said "Do not be discouraged"... so maybe I shouldn't?

Bah. I'll figure it out. At least I have a new chance at keeping the journal's going.
