Basically, this is some (very rough) concept of what The Man In The Crimson Cape looks like. You remember him. He's the mysterious new baddie on [SK&WS] who keeps messing with our heroes but has, as of yet, not done anything too super-dangerous to them.
His back story is going to be revealed later, in "Requiem of the Heart", but until then he's just a crazy ninja guy in a cape who shoots red flan lightning. :3
